Look At Your Trees!
When trying to decide which property to buy, the outside appearance of the house or what's known in real estate lingo as "curb appeal", often is an important factor. The exterior of the property and the grounds are a critical element. In well established neighbourhoods such as High Park, Bloor West Village, Swansea, Sunnylea and other areas surrounded with mature trees, the landscape can be a significant point for purchasers.

An inspection by an experienced arborist of the mature trees on the property is suggested. Some people buy houses, others buy gardens and backyard forests. Magical gardens and trees around a property can enhance and also cool the property. Look closely at your trees when looking at a property, so after it's "yours" there aren't any surprises.
