The Perfume Factory also known as West 833, is a circa 1930’s former perfume factory that is unique in also being recognized as a Heritage Building. This art deco building is now joined with a modern compliment that combines the historical factory with a new seven storey modern structure.
The building is nestled just west of Bathurst Street and east of Stanley Park. It sits within a vibrant and hip hood around King Street, surrounded with great restaurants, clubs, galleries, shops, theatre district and amenities that draw all the local residents.
The Perfume Factory suites range in size from 650 square feet to 1,600 square feet, having one and two bedrooms. The original factory lofts have 10 feet ceilings, with the newer building reaching 18 feet in some areas of the two storey penthouses. There are fifty-two lofts housed in this complex with an open concept design, loads of natural light from the expansive windows, interior parking, storage and a natural park-like roof terrace that overlooks Stanley Park.
